計畫簡介:以使用者為中心設計(user-center design, UCD) 前提下,本計畫首先採用活動焦點研究(AFR)來分析與發掘便利商店之顧客服務經驗;然後,再經由群體焦點座談與RFID技術應用進行創新服務之概念設計。本計畫設計成果可立即應用在連鎖便利商店之消費服務中,未來更可推廣至其他服務產業類別,例如,超市、大型量販店或百貨公司。
